Dev Pipes is an all-in-one DevOps automation platform that integrates CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, security & secrets management, and compliance automation. It is built to solve the fragmented nature of DevOps workflows by providing a single, seamless developer-first experience.
I led the end-to-end UX strategy for Dev Pipes, a DevOps automation platform unifying CI/CD, infrastructure, security, and compliance. Using a design thinking approach, I interviewed 50+ engineers, mapped personas, and simplified complex workflows into a seamless UI/CLI hybrid experience.
I conceptualized pre-built environment templates, intuitive pipeline builders, and secure secrets management to balance power, flexibility, and usability. Well-designed interfaces can make complex technical systems feel intuitive, encouraging widespread adoption across Dev, DevOps, SecOps, and SysOps teams.
